At safilube.com we try to make returning a product as easy as possible. Our goal is to provide you with the best products and the best possible service. We understand that things happen and customers change their minds or simply do not need the product anymore. We also understand that sometimes Return Policies can be a bit tricky and misleading. Our objective is to make the returning and exchanging process quick, easy, and painless.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product back to us within 15 days of the delivery date. The following policies apply:

Products must be in original packaging and in new condition, and any product or products that were partially used are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee to cover original outbound handling and shipping costs associated in order.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Exchange Procedure
Damaged? Defective? Or Just Plain Incorrect Deliveries?
We all understand that accidents happen, after all, we’re all human. If your product(s) arrive damaged, defective, or just plain incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team of dedicated customer service representatives are ready to help you get through the headache. The Product(s) must be returned to us within 15 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the carrier.

When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the returning of the original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise has been returned.

Order Cancellation
Your order begins processing immediately after the order is placed. While processing it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds & Credits
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the payment method that you used. The refund amount will be a collection of the original purchase price minus the shipping charges. You will be notified via email confirming the receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-12 business days for the credit to show up on your account.
